most likely cam seal, you may want to go ahead and replace the dizzy o-ring while you on that side of the engine

get an aftermarket aluminum cam seal. Oem cam seals tend to harden and breakdown after a while, causing the leak you have now.

Ditto. Get an aluminum aftermarket cam seal. I got mine from STR, but they're all pretty much the same shape and quality. I had already bought a cheapass plastic generic OEM one to replace mine, but the quality on the aftermarket one blows the OEM one away, so I returned the OEM one to the Honda dealer and installed the aftermarket one. It's so much better, that paying the extra ten or fifteen bucks is totally worth it.
