Cam Seals ??
I picked up a set of OEM cam seals from Inline4. Little hard rubber rings, basically.
But how come i see aftermarket, triple-ring cam seals? Golden Eagle makes them, AEBS makes them, and they look huge compared to the little oem pieces. What is the function of these, and is it just me or do they look 10x the size of the OEM seal ?
thanks

They just look big in the pics.
Those big triple/double o-ring cam seals go on the right hand side of the exhaust cam. A common seal that likes to leak and make your engine filthy.
The doughnuts go on the left hand side of the cams next to the cam gears.
If you dont want to blow 20+bucks on a machined seal from str, aebs,ge, or some other company pick up a stock seal for a integra type r its plastic and has an o-ring verse the b16 wich is a big rubber grommet. I dunno how much they cost in the u.s. but they are 800y here wich is about 6 bucks.

Do NOT install the cam seals without the Hondabond.
