Im planning on draining my radiator fluid and tranny fluids are putting some new fluids back in. Anyone have any recommendations on what brands or types of coolants to use for these two applications? The car is a LS integra with just I/H/E. Miles will turn the big 100,000 by the end of the year. thanks

 

Thanks for bringing this up, this is a very important subject. Fluids are the life line to your engine, wrong fluids, wrong types and greatly decrease performance and wear.

Honda coolent - Use ONLY honda type 2 coolent. Found at dealership.
Min. wear for tranny, honda MTF of course. Racing, use max protection, such as some high velocity Redline fluid, or engine oil.

I knew about only using Honda MTF.
