i want my car on handle better if not at least just as well as an ITR. what would i need?

here is what i currently have:
+eibach prokit springs on stock shocks (soon to be, waiting for them to arrive)
+Benen Ind. Front strut tower bar (the one that attatches to the firewall)

here is what i know i want:
-JDM front and rear lower sway bars
-Koni Yellow Shocks (Neuspeed version)
