Default What do you think of this setup????

1st Gen. B16 with Gsr cams, ITR Intake manifold with stock Si TB, Spoon bal. ITR pistons, and a Jun chipped ECU, ACT clutch? What goods and bads do you think will come out with this outcome? How much power should I be expecting compared to a stock Si motor?

your cams will make power up to 83k, after that things start to drop quickly. ACT is good, ITR is good, I doubt you'll notice too muc gain from the GSR cams though. Maybe a horse or two. The TB will be a bottle neck for the intake system, 68mm is about right... a 70mm to 68mm taper is perfect. Spoon pistons are good, just remember to balance everything else. Overall it will be close to my old setup... You'll have fun, just be sure to get your timing correct if you rev past 85k... it will make a difference.

B16 with Gsr cams, ITR Intake manifold with GSR 70-68mm TB, milled head, Mugen chipped ECU, ACT clutch, JUN ultralight flywheel.

I didn't have the pistons you have, but I had the same compression. Overall the motor was OK. I really wasn't happy with the Mugen program, sure it pulled and all but at the scarifice of fuel and other maintenance. Now I'm rolling a SiR II block (stock), SiR head (JUN III), and a JUN chipped ECM (till I make it in for tuning).... Car feels a lot better. I don't have the compression I want, nor do I have the bore... but I like the set up more.
