This is not on a Honda vehicle but I think the mechanics would be the same.

When I have A/C on full blast and make a hard turn (vehicle tilt) I hear steaming noises and warm water spewing out from underneath the passger side dash.
I asked someone and they said it might be the evaporator. Their theory was water from the evaporator hits the heater core, thus warm water spilling.

I have no clue how it all works, all I know is the Evap core is $250... and who know what else is wrong. I would like to fix this if I can before I take it to a shop.
Is this a doable project or am I just naive? Any ideas?

your heater core is leaking.. time to replace it, the a/c system is pressurized with a gas... the evaportor has a drain that should go outside and drip

first off don't listen to everyone on honda-tech.second off check you coolent to see if its low. second the evaporator has a drain tube that lets all the water from condensation on the evaporator outside the car these tubes can get clogged with debris leaves and such. run the a/c on full blast for a while and check for water dripping out of the engine bay area.by the way what kinda car is it?

Thanks for the reply Rainforst, I saw this after the fact but you were right on the money. The drain tube was clogged.
