a.f.a.i.k they are the same.
Fuel map/redline etc might be a little different as they are from different cars civic/crx vs integra.
But don't quote me on that

My '91 EDM CRX vtec has a PW0 (b16a1 engine)

given the differences in climate/altitude i wouldn't be suprised if the fuel/timing maps were a little different.

It would be interesting to see wideband readings off a stock motor running on both back to back.
