Default pwo vs pr3?

I have a obd0 b16a with a pwo ecu, I see that pr3 ecu's were also used with obd0, is there any difference? Is one superior to the other?

Well if you look at the fuel tables the pw0 seems to be slightly more aggressive. This surprised me, but other than the fuel table all the rev limit points and vtec points were the same.

pw0 is less agressive. you will be running rich and will loose power from it. pr3 will run stoich.
