my jdm b18c1 has gone throught 3 different distributors in the course of about a month. the first two were supposedly working used oem distributors and the third, and current, is a brand new 'oem style' distributor. each distributor has had a different thing go wrong. the first was the coil, the sencond was the crank position sensor and now my new one was throwing a cel 8 and running sluggish, but now doesnt even run and throws both cel 8 (tdc sensor) and 15 (Ignition output signal). my car has never actually ran good for more than a couple of minutes. could my ecu be messed up? or possibly something else? i know honda distributors go bad alot, but i don't think this is right. i've also done searches for the ignition output signal and it looks to me that one of the only ways to fix it is to replace it and i'm not looking forward to buying a forth distributor this summer. is there something else i can check? please help. thanks.
btw, its a 94 b18c in a 95 cx. timings been checked and its dead on.
