Default what cams would you recommend?

I have a b20b with a gsr head, titanium valves springs and retainers and i was wondering what the best aftermarket cams would be?

also suggestions for intake manifolds and header would be appreciated.

They're just the stock b20b pistons so im not sure of the actual compression but the guy I bought it from gave me some high compression pistons and rods he got off ebay but im not sure how much better those would be. I don't know much about compression and cams and what not but I know a little

their not to bad on the street. a little bit of a rough idle but a little revs to get you going is all it takes..if your looking for a street ap, i heard nothing but good things from crower and jun s2 cams..let me know on what you decide cause i can never have enough input for my next project

**as far as mani'z i have a vivid magnus race on mine but i also know someone who has it on there street/drag crx and as far as mid and high range, their crazy..but theres always s2 pro series which is what i used to have and that made good power all through the range

He didn't say what brand they were. And I think they're forged but idk

And I appreciate all the help and info guys. I will probably go with skunk2 cams or crower depending on the price difference. I couldn't stand the idle with the vtec killer cams. And I will probably get skunk2 IM but I was wondering about edlebrock victoryx mani's (I think that's the name) if anybody has experience with em plz help

mike if your going to go with s2 everything, stick with the pro series mani from s2...i believe in matching all your head parts with the same manufacturer...they never use other peoples products when their testing for power so you cant go wrong

you can use stock itr cams. or even find a stock ctr intake cam and itr exhuast cam. the ctr cam has 3 degrees more then an itr cam on the intake side of the vtec lobe.
