Default Went to the track last night, but.......

i posted it in the FI forum but you guys are smarter

got in one good run but it was my FIRST time ever. i didnt heat the slicks up well and kinds spun a bit through first and in the beginning of second and got a 2.00 60'. i was hoping to bring it down to a 1.8 or so, but.....
the first and only good run was a
12.723 @ 109.xx
i had to go into 5th cause of the gsr tranny
then somebody blew oil everwhere and i had to wait atleast another hour to run again, but something was wrong. the motor was kinda hesitating, like missing. when i did my next burn out, i did it in first (should have done it in second) and the rev limiter was pegging to like 7500-7700 on a stock ls head. then it missed the whole way down the track, sounding somewhat like a helicopter. thought maybe i fouled a plug, so i pulled then and two looked rich (ok) and the other two looked like leanish, burnt all the carbon right off the tip. changed the plugs, nothing. so i called it a night.
so now the thing runs horribly, like its constantly missing where there is a load on it. makes the whole car vibrate at even a very slight throttle. also the car is running leaner now, atleast according to my dummy a/f gauge. The thing goes completely lean when in boost. i havent checked anything else out yet cause i had to sleep last night and have school today. i wont be driving it until all is fixed though.
here are my thoughts on what i am gonna try next -
pull the valve cover off and set it to TDC to see if the timing belt slipped
do a compression test to see if i bent any valves
burn another chip to see if that will do anything

it really feels like the timing is WAY off, but i dunno

atleast im in the 12sec club!!!!

any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated
THANKS
Burke
