So i went back to the track last night...
Well like it says, i got my car back together and took it to the track last night. It is a stock jdm gsr motor in my delsol with full race manifold, 57 trim .60/.63 a/r turbonetics. I'm running 9 psi of boost. sadly all we have in AR is 1000 ft. I trapped 105 consistently every run! I didn't have my 2 step working, cause i didn't have a laptop so i didn't want to be stuck with it at to low of a rpm. So i bogged every run except my last two, and i hotlapped the last 4 runs. The time below is my last run and fastest of the night. I'm am spinning through 3rd on my 23 x 7.5 m&h slicks. I ran about 3 weeks ago when it was running way richer, so it was making less power, and i ran a 10.35 @ 103. Traction wasn't as much of an issue that night. I was wondering what other guys are running in the 1/4 with these kind of times. and also what kind of power you guys are making.
1.89 60 ft
5.43 330 ft
8.22 1/8 @ 88 mph
10.42 1000 ft @ 105 mph

I read that and was like 10.4 @ 105 WTF!?
Then I saw the missing 320.
Looks good man.

hey are those the 23 inch m&h's or are they bigger? I'm getting ready to buy some 24.5's i think. What was your 1/8 mile time and 1000 ft time on that run? also 60 ft, and mph's??

Well at 107mph, you're going ~157fps, so it would be another 2 seconds to get to 1320 at 107mph. A little less since you're accellerating. So about 12.4-12.1 in the quarter.

Re: (dustin528)
You need to do a thrid gear burnout and get the slick down around 8 PSI, and you shouldn't spin anymore.. From looking at the vid your not getting enough heat into the tires. Just go into the water, do a quick spin to get water all the way around, roll forward , put it in 3rd gear rev high then let her rip.. It should only take about 4 seconds or so.. Basically once you go from light smoke to thick smoke stop.. You want to stop doing your burnout right when your tires start making thick smoke. If you burn out too long past the thick smoke stage you will overheat the tires and it won't be as good. Try that and let us know what you run..

Re: (Bugermass)
Wrong car man. that's not mine, it's the other guys in this thread. my problem is the size slick i have for my power. I'm going to be at memphis motorsports park this weekend for the traction optional drag/drift event. I can't wait! Maybe there will be some people from memphis that are on here there!
I went back to centerville again last saturday and it was so hot! I was still trapping 105 to 106. It was 88 degrees at the track. It warmed up more after i got there. even at 11 at night it was still that hot.
