Default Weird Idle? I'm stumped.

I have swapped a H22A into my EK, and im in the midst of fixing some of the problems.

The main thing is that it idles kind of funny. While sitting still it will go from about 1,000 RPM to 2,000 RPM.

My TPS is set perfectly, no vaccum leaks. I am not using the EGR or VAFC. Could this do it?

I had Rywire do the conversion, and they did a great job. I told them that I didn't have an injector box, so they hooked one up for me.

I was doing a compression test on it earlier today and when I pulled the plugs I saw that they are somewhat white. So my car is running lean. Could having a resistor box setup to injectors that do not need it be doing this? What if I just un-plugged the box and tested it out? Would I need to re-wire some stuff, or would it all work good?

did it run like this before? or it just started to do it? no the EGR system will not couse it to fluctuate like that.

it started off idling fine.

Im gonna get a chipped P28 sooner or later, and that doesnt use the EGR of VAFC. Mayby that would fix it?

Im not really sure if the EGR or VAFC would make it do that.

it might. but like i aid if u know a friend that has a p13 try it out real quick to see what happens. but if your engine started doing it on its own. then its most likely something with the engine. ECU;s usualy dont mess up. do u have any cels?

how do you exactly "check" these?

The only time it throws a CEL is after the car goes over 65MPH.
