straight to the topic. when car is at idle, fan comes on and stay on. lower rad hose stays cold. thermostat not opening. when unplugged the ect sensor, fan cycles on and off normally. lower rad hose gets hot. thermostat opening. plugge back the ect, fan stays on and rad hose looses temp.

anyone care to explain this?
