Default Vtec kicking in to early.

Wuz up people. Like the title says my vtec's kicking in to early. I have a 92 gsr ecu with a superchips program. But the thing is that vtec stayed untouched even after the reprogramming. From factory it kicks in at 5750. Well this weekend it started to kick in at about 5400 rpm's. I have a vafc but the vtec portion isn't hooked up therefore leaving the vtec at its stock activation point. Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

I have a 95 GSR ecu and it kicks in a 4800.
Are you thinking of the secondaries opening because thats about the right rpm for them to be opening. That maybe what you are hearing.
