Default Vtec just stopped working? Please look..

Ok, so I bought this EF with a 94 gsr converted odb1. Guy I bought it from saids after he put in the Eldebrock X manifold its been boggin at top end. At first it hit vtec then, while in vtec it bogged in and out of vtec. So basically it was turning on and off at high rpm's. I've changed the vtec selonoid, oil pressure switch, dizzy, tried other ecu's, and rewired my vtec wires to the ecu. After all that it still did it, then it just stopped working at all.?. It's only throwing 1 CEL code wich is, 10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor.

Should I just throw in the stock manifold or change the oil pump?? Please help.
