Default vtec falling off

I noticed for sometime now seems as though after around 6500-7000 rpm my car doesn't pull as hard as when vtec first engages. I'm wondering if it could be my ecu or my exhaust system or my fuel pressure. My set up consist of b16a with a pr3 automatic ecu, DC header, short ram intake, and stock exhaust. I haven't adjusted my fuel pressure at all. Any help would be appreciated.
