Default VTEC conversion parts list

Is there anything I forgot?

2000 SI head (including valve cover, sensors, manifold): $500
ECU (Reprogrammed P28): $200
B20 head gasket: $40
GSR head bolts: $50
VTEC oil lines: $50 (more?)
Modify head for VTEC: ?

Upgrades:
ITR outter springs: $80
Portflow inner springs: $40
Portflow retainers: $160
ITR intake manifold: $190

Is that it? What should I expect to pay for the head to be modified (VTEC oil hole plugged and dowels enlarged - anything else needed to the head?)

Make sure you check this link:
http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/lsvtec/lsvtec.html

Very good info on how the head must be modified, and the parts that are needed.
