various head packages

various head packages
just want to know if most head packages i.e: crower, JUN, Toda. if any of the kits come with vavle keepers, valve seals, spring seats, or valve guides... i know they sell aftermarket valve guides, but are OEM type R of the rest good enough?? thanx
