Default Valve Spring and revving to 9k

assuming i have a built bottom end. Stock B16A head

I may get a set of ITR inner and outer Intake Springs.

and a set of ITR inner EX springs from a guy.

I was going to put the ITR inner and outer intake springs on the intake side of course.

then i was going to move the outer intake springs to the exhaust side and also put the inner ITR ex springs in there with them. Can i rev to 9k with that spring setup?

i dont want to rev any higher and i would only be revving to 9k at the track.

Why not just buy NEW springs, valves and retainers? Your gonna have to take all that **** out to install the springs anyway. Might as well make it worth it.

Oh an an ITR's redline is lower than 9k.

for the exhaust it sounds fine, for the intake i would do a little better than p73's though.
Maybe p37 outers and portflow inners.
