I am pretty sure that they are the same. Honda uses two seal manufacturers (Arai and NOK), so there are two sets of exhaust valve seals that will work, and two sets of intake valve seals. The suffix of the part # is 003 for one and 004 for the other manufacturer. I could give you complete part #s tomorrow from work. For some reason, cost on one manufacturer's seals is about 1/5 the cost of the other.

Intake seal-12210-PZ1-003 (Arai) retail-$4.91 each.
Intake seal-12210-PZ1-004(NOK retail-$0.78 each.
Exhaust seal-12211-PZ1-003(Arai) retail-$4.91 each.
Exhaust seal-12211-PZ1-004(NOK) retail-$0.84 each.
Intake seals have a chrome colored spring, exhaust seals have a black spring.
GSR/Type-R/B16 all take the same seals.
Nobody can explain the price difference between manufacturers.
