I just picked up some supertech seals for my intake and exhaust valves and they say exhaust on both. the company i bought it thru says they are the same for intake and exhaust. it says 5.5 mm viton on the package. i always thought the intake and exhaust were different sizes. someone please correct me!!!

dude, listen, don't rely on other people from the forums, call supertech and ask them hoes

 

I'm pretty certain exhaust and intake valve seals are NOT interchangable. Maybe you got the wrong parts. They should both have small springs wrapped around them. The ones on the exhaust valve seals should be black, and the ones on the intake should be white. At least that's how it is with OEM valve seals.

well they fit excellent and i have no problems!
