Valve cover screw snapped. Need help!
I was painting my valve cover and when I was putting everything back in, one of the two top screws snapped. Now the end with the threads is stuck in the whole and I have no idea how to get it out. Will this affect the motor or anything? How can I get this fixed?

If any of the threads are still visible put a vise grip on them and twist it back out.
If nothing is visible to grab hold of you will have to drill it out and retap the threads.

I can't see or grab the screw, its inside the whole. Would it be bad to drive without the screw, would anything happen? The other 4 out of 5 screws are still intact.
You can use what they call an "easy out" to take the part of the broken screw out.
You have to drill a small hole in the remaining screw, thread in an easy out, and the screw should come right out.
