Default Valve Clearance Question in a B18c4

Hello,

I have a B18c4 (same as a B18c1) and I'm thinking of rebuilding the bottom end with a set of EK9 pistons to bump the compression up a fair bit over stock, goes to around 12.2:1 AFAIK.

I'm running a GSR head with EK9 cams and Ti Springs & retainers, with a stock head gasket.

Will I have any valve clearance problems with this set up?

Also If I have the head milled by 20thou would that set up be fine?

Cheers guys

i hate this question however ctr pistons in a gsr block with ctr cams should be no problem but to be sure you should check piston to valve clearance (with vtec locked up)
