ok i figured it out that i was reading the pins in the wrong order. i've got that figured out now and wired up the throttle sensor wire again.

here's some info on the car so hopefully someone can help me.

jdm d15b vtec
still running obd0
pr4 ecu
91 dx hb

with vafc unplugged, runs fine other than the map sensor CEL 8

if i plug in the vafc map CEL goes away obviously, but if i try to start the car, CEL comes on for 15, which is ignition signal output or whatever its called.

i need help people, ive looked around on here, pgmfi.org, d-series, honda-swap, homemadeturbo.com. in need of help. we've even looked over the wiring on a friends car, hes got the same engine, aswell running obd0. his car works great, mine does not.

 

Sounds like you installed it incorrectly. Go over all your wires again.
