Default car wont start with VAFC hooked up. need help

just picked this up the other day, i've got it all wired up and everything now im at a loss.
trying to do the initial setup but can't figure it all out.

it seems like i've got everything done fine, but apparently not.
i've read through the owners manual but still a bit confused.
just wondering if anyone could lend a hand on getting this thing running, to atleast default settings (no extra tuning)..

anyhelp would be appreciated, except those who want to tell me to sell the damn thing.

EDIT:: changed name of title so more ppl would look

ok i have everything setup now.
it only took me like 5times to read the manual.

our only problem now is the TPS is reading 65-66% open. so we're assuming the VAFC is flooding the car. im still running obd0 so if someone can help, much appreciated.

doesnt seem like anyone is trying to help but im gonna post up what i've found so far.

im still going through a bunch of pinouts and diagrams and ****, but just curious what a PA Sensor is, and what it does. if you happen to know if it holds a voltage of 2.025 to 2.035. the only thing i can think of is that we wired the throttle sensor wire into the wrong pin#. if we manually open/close the throttle, the voltage doesnt change. but we used a volt meter and it does change. so we're thinking the 2.025V is keeping the throttle sensor on the vafc to think its 66% open.

any ideas. i myself am not too electrically inclined and i don't want to go changing wires around if theyre not messed up.

i would suggest that you take the car into a shop and let them sort it out...
when i put my vafc on my b16, this dude who runs his own shop hooked up a digital air-fuel guage, and we tuned it on the street in like 15 minutes... he charged me $20... naturally, dyno tuning would be ideal, but i got what i needed for cheap... hope that helps...

im going in on thurs/fri but i dont want to waste my time if its just this one wire..

trying to figure out what this PA Sensor is...and if its supposed to keep a constant voltage. im thinking thats why the vafc is always reading the 2.03 volts. instead of changing when the throttle is opened and closed.

The PA sensor converts atmospheric pressure into electrical signals and inputs the ecu.

read up on code 13 for more info

ok people. i got this **** figured out. i put the throttle sensor wire onto the proper wire but it was still only getting half the signal.. this time it was up to 2.8V. i decided to put it closer to the TPS and it go thte full 4.97volts it was getting before with a voltmeter.

now when i go to start the car with the vafc plugged in. its flashing 15, which is 'ignition output signal' i tried searching but my comp is too slow and won't load any of the images. gotta love dialup. 46.6Kbps

i lost my manual so i can't even look there on how to fix this problem. anymore help would be greatly appreciated.
