Default v-afc help

Since I had my apex vafc hooked up(on a b16a2) I havent been able to get a good balance in the air fuel mix . It seems I constantly stay rich while accelerating . Can any one help me with some adjustments that will help.Im trying to avoid the dyno till I get some more upgrades>.....

Are you talking about the fuel correction ? set at 0% ?? What about the throttle positioning.??

such trivial and pointless changes... especially for a stock setup...

are you sure you know what you're doing? with all these types of questions...

no serious mods like nitrous or turbo yet I just had the swap and received the controller used so I dont know much about its functions except the vtec engagement part. I figure this forum could be of help , but other members want to belittle and insult.. (dlo gsr\ buster )

How are you measuring your air/fuel mix? If you are using an air fuel guage, i.e. Autometer, they are pretty much useless. The only way to accurately get your car set-up using the V-AFC is to get it on a dyno. I did this in the spring and they were able to tell me at what points on my power curve the car was running lean or rich. They made the adjustments and I picked up over 12whp from 4600-7000.

What other mods do you have to your car other than the V-AFC. If the rest of the car is stock than the V-AFC won't have any real impact.
