vafc and vafc 2 ...which is better?

i heard people are using the vafc2 because its better for turbocharged cars. is that true and what is the difference between the two.

afc 2 can detect knock...which can be a valuable feature....

i believe the afc2 also has fuel adjustments in 200rpm increments rather then 500 like the standard afc offers
