Default used clutch....swap

I'm wanting to swap my act clutch from my coupe (d16z6) to my hatch (d16z6). I want to know if I need to resurface the flywheel if I swap the whole flywheel/clutch assembly between cars. I'm thinking I won't need to, but just wanted to ask.

Thanks in advance....did search.

Shouldn't have to but examine the flywheel for hot spots and hairline cracks. If you find either of the 2 then I'd have it resurfaced.

it's not necessary, but it can never hurt....personally, I wouldn't sweat it.

if you have that kind of time, then by all means; Go ahead and have it resurfaced. At least you wouldnt have to worry about it later. In honesty though, you reall dont have to.
