Icon2 Unknown Ecu

I bought an obd1 ecu from the streets and it has no code (p30, p28 etc.). Im running it on my b16. vtec cracks at 4200 and it rev limits 7000. Any idea on what it is or is it a modified ecu?

quoting for posterity

why would you buy a stolen ecu and have no idea what it is in the first place? and then you thought it was a good idea to run this stolen unknown ecu in your car?

Not stolen. It originally came from YLM auto dismantler. It had b16a m/t written on it with a paint pen and a "warranty void if removed" sticker where the code should be and where the casing screws are. I looked up the b16a and the specs are different than what mine runs.

Ya cause buying anything from people on the street means its stolen right? Even when you have sales receipt from where the person got it from. Didnt mention it cause its not relevant. Can anyone with real knowledge help out.

looks like a socketed/chipped p06 converted to vtec.

it started as non vtec singlecam but is equivalant to a p28 with removable chip.
