Hey guys, Im looking for some help on identifying some wires under the dash of my 99 Civic SI. I bought this car used and I am currently working on restoring to a near factory setup. I have been able to track down most of the wiring and get it corrected but these 2 plugs are kicking my butt. The 4 pin wire is green\red, grey, green black (the grey wire was spliced for something.. its a 12v constant). The 2 pin wire is blue\white and white.

Also, the car currently has hondata s300 v1 but its not powering up, could this be due to the fact that there is no motor in the car?

Also, if the hondata doesnt turn on, does that mean that my fuel pump wont prime when turning the key in the ignition?
