Default uberdata backfires @ 6krpm

alright guys, i had my gsr turbo dyno tuned today w/ my vafc and uberdata ecu. it seems that @ 5.8krpm - 6krpm my car backfires real bad on the dyno. i called the guy that burnt my uberdata ecu and he says my base map needs laptop tuning. Is that right? 'cause i know nothing about this. anyhow, the tuners threw on a stock p72 obdI and ran my car w/ the vafc hack settup to get numbers on the dyno. It came out that my car was running lean and only pushed out 227hp . so does ANY uberdata guru's here know whats goin' on? please help! thanks!

First of all what "Tuner" did you take this to? I hope you didn't pay much because all he did was make you a basemap. Get rid of the AFC hack as well. Did they just let you leave with the car running lean on the AFC hack or do you have the Uberdata basemap in the car right now? If need be you can e-mail me your setup and I can make you a basemap to get your car running safely until you can get back to a knowledgeable tuner in your area. Do NOT take it back to the "Tuner" you took it to!
