how much does a good shop usually charge for milling/decking the head?

wow, that cheap? which shop is this, Im in the bayarea. I don't mind to pay a bit more for a reputable place w/ good equipment.

My shop charges $30. Another $20 if you want the head hot tanked as well.

My brother got his P72 head milled for $50, and another $30 to resurface and clean the intake and exhaust ports.. (not porting, just resurfacing the face that mates to the manifolds.)

i wouldnt pay more then 50. but it also depends on the shop that does it, theres a local shop where im from that charges 75 and it includes a hottank cleaning
