Default Type r vs. GSR

Does anyone have the specs on theses two cams (exhast and intake). Duration/Lift/power ban/dynos/etc. Anyone please help. Or your opinion. Will replacing GSR cams with type r cams create a difference between 0 and 7500rpm.
Thanks

I'm pretty sure http://www.hybrid.honda-perf.org will have these specs for you. If you really want a lil more power i would just go with a CTR intake cam. The IRT and CTR exhaust cams are the same and i don't think that they are much better than ur GSR. Hopefully you can find that **** on the cams at hybrid honda!
