Fun to drive, except when you shift from 1st to 2nd at redlines and it grins everytime unless you wait for the RPM to drop to 5700. Same with the 2-3 shift.

I don't see the fun in burning gears up.....

ok i drive a nissan 300zx and my tranny grinds from 3-4. (common in all z's) the thing that is probably grinding are your synchros... what fixed it (atleast made it a lot better and not as often) was putting in a thicker transmission fluid. Redline Transmission fluid is the best that i have experienced. the problem is that the synchros are soo light and with a highly lubricated fluid they often slip when matchin up the rpm's with the gear.... hope this helps!

No bro, this is because the shifter is trying to shift gears too fast and the syncros can't keep up, my tranny wasn't bad in the first place.
