Default Turns over but dies immediately

Swapped in a b18b1 into a 98 dx hatch, motor fires up but it dies immediately, I have to blip the throttle to keep it running, timing looks dead on. Any ideas as to what could cause this?

Having this same problem with a 00 Jdm itr, only "bliping" the throttle doesn't help any.
