Default Turn signals don't work, help!

I have a '96 GSR. Ok, I was changing my taillights, and when I put them back on I pinched a wire, and it grounded out. I changed the fuse that is under the dash, and the hazard fuse under the hood. I just changed the relay for the turn signal lights that is in the fuse box under the dash. None of these things have made my turn signal lights work. My hazards work, so I know at least something works. Does anyone have any ideas to what could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
