Default Turbo Cams

Would driving around with turbo cams without a turbo not be a good idea? I plan on buying a turbo later on, but I read that B20 cams wouldnt do much with an aftermarket exhaust manifold. Do good as in it wont have much effect. Or would just swapping th ls head in and using the ls cams work better with an aftermarket header?

I don't think ( but i'm not a pro) that would be harmful to your engine. Check the specs on the cams and i think you'll find that that are just relativly conservative timing-wise. "shrug"

Turbo cams won't hurt your motor. Basically they're just like cams, but not as aggressive. The duration and lift is smaller, but better than stock. You'll even feel some power gains with turbo cams in an N/A motor. They're not going to hurt your motor
