Default Turbo B18C Setup Question

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and have a couple questions on a future setup that hopefully I can get answered....

I plan on dropping in a B18C, http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30008, into a 96 integra and then turboing it. However I want to run around 12 psi on a daily basis and occasionally raise it for racing or when I go to the track. I know that if I want to run at that psi I'll need to upgrade some of the internals, pistons, rods, rings. My question is what is a safe compression ratio for that setup? Also, are there any other upgrades I'll need to make to the engine besides those?

I did use the search, but couldn't find anything to answer my question. Thanks in advance.

for 300 whp i would just leave it at 10 to 1, people on this board are making that on stock block and internals

Thanks for the info Lude. Lets say down the line I want to make more, should I take the compression down to 9:1? Running at 9:1 would be good for how much hp and torque?

9:1 is a great pump gas compression for anything up to 350 or even higher

Yeah I would be running on pump gas. Maybe I should go ahead and just upgrade the internals while the engine is already out of the car. Do you have any suggestions on parts? Here is what I was thinking...

JE Pistons - Skunk2 cams - AEM cam gears - Eagle Rods....Anything else?
