Default Tuning S-AFC

I just installed my Safc on my 89 Crx w/ b16. I did the blue wire mod to the o2 sensors in the process. I knew my car was running rich cause i could smell the gas, but what i need to know is what voltage is a stoichiometric reading?

there is a DSM page that tells how to tune. I believe .82 is a good FR. Check on the site they should give you some good insight
