Default True compression of a mini-me

What is the TRUE compression of a B7 block + Y8 head and also B7 block + Z6 head, ive seen way too many different numbers.

And the B7 distributor will not work on a Y8 or Z6 head, right?

I'm trying to decide on putting my old Y8 head on my 95LX's B7 block or sell it and get a Z6 head

The exact compression will depend on pistons and head gasket thinkness, mill and so on as well. The Y8 will definately give more compression than the Z6 head, but the word is that the Z6 head flows way better.

Yeah, I know the z6 has 34.6cc chambers and the y8 has 32.8cc chambers, and the Y8 has bigger ports but has a weird swirl effect making better low/mid power but supposedly taking away some top end, but im sure the more aggressive cam profiles will help out some and the y8 head gasket is thinner (thats what I'm using), no mill on the head.

I'm just looking for actual compression ratio #'s for (no milling):

D15B7 + Y8 head gasket + Y8 head
D15B7 + Y8 head gasket + Z6 head

I'll probabally just sell my Y8 head and buy a Z6, anyone want a bare Y8 head (no valve cover, cam, vtec solenoid)
