Troubleshooting: B20B Swap with new relay will not turn over
Im having a problem on my b20b motor not starting.checked battery and alternator and they are both fine.i dont get a crank and neither is my fuel pump priming.changed spark plug wires.and once i turn the key to on position and turn it back once i notice the battery and check engine light flashing.when i have it on it works fine but then i put it into gear and my check engine light and battery starts flashing and also my car turns off at times at high speeds.any ideas what it can be

You might want to check your ignition, the barrel may be worn to the point were it wont make contact, i had an issue with mine were everything would turn fine but it would shut off randomly, especially on the freeway, but it sounds like alot more is going on, one issue sounds like the fuel pump, my buddy had a similar issue were it would start fine but then die after awhile. As for the Cel light and Alt i can only take a guess to check your Alt belt and see if it loose, check the knock sensor, it could be shuting of the engine to protect itself or even the ECU itself, also take a look at your dizy, you could just need a new rotor, cap, wires, plugs. it sounds like im rambling but its what needs to be done to eliminate one thing and move on to the next, good luck.

When its running, jiggle the key and see if it dies. If it does, suspect ignition switch. Never heard of those lights blinking though. Sounds maybe like a pass key issue or something if it has a chip in the key.
