Default D16 cooling

hi all
I am looking for some help to build my cooling system
I have a d16z6, it will be an NA build
i am looking for the highest flow water pump and the
lowest temp setting thermalstat
Any help would be great !!

why lowest temp? 195 is optimal for performance. Coolest intake air is best. If it is open all the time from low or no thermostat, it will not give the radiator time to cool uncirculated coolant. Any radiator bigger than stock is probably overkill.
