No the 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear synchros are completely different. If you have a grind check the Sleeve, Hub and Gear....those are usually worn and common with a grinding transmission.
Good luck!

Alright thanks alot for the help! It's not a grinding the gear just pops out and when i punch it in 3rd I get a bit of a grind ... if i double clutch the 3rd gear will go in.
Will the 90-93 LS Cable tranny syncros fit my 94+LS Hydro transmission?

Cable and Hyrdo, two different things.
Why not just go with the synchros made for your car? Might take a little searching but at least you know that it's meant for that part.

Have you checked the shift forks for wear and straightness?

Is the case apart? Take a look at the bearings, a clearance in the shafts will cause them to move, in this case the mainshaft will thrust into the ISB on acceleration. If the clearance is big enough, it will make the shift to 3rd longer, resulting in a pop out and grind.
What GearSpeedEF7 is normally the case, it will tear up everything else, except the synchro ring.
