Default transmission issues.

Hey everyone I have a b20civic eg hatch here at the shop. It is running a weird supercharger something that looks likes its from a pontiac. Anyways its using a cable trans with the cable to hydro conversion kit. For some reason i cant shift it into any gear when the car is on and the clucth is engaged. Im kinda stumped at the moment. Seems like it wont disengage for some reason. It is a brand new competition clutch stock flywheel. I pulled the trans a 2nd time just to make sure everything looked ok and it did. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Another guy just had a thread where the clutch disc was larger diameter than pressure plate and wouldn't disengage - it is in the tech/misc section

The clutch isnt right. That our there could be something wrong with the hydro system i.e. air, not enough fluid, etc. It somewhere in the clutch.

I had to remove a tranny from the car 3 time before i could figure out the problem was. Make sure the pressure plate is on correctly. Is only bolts down one way and you have to line the holes in the pp with the prongs on the flywheels together. Make sure there is no gap between the pp and the flywheels.
