Default Saab Clutch-less

I was driving my Saab 900-s (non-turbo) today and was about to shift into thirdbut by the time i got it into nuetral i heard something pop and saw a piece fall out behind me. The clutch now doesnt go in but the pedal touches the floor easily. luckily without it in gear i had enough speed to park her. What part of my clutch could it be?

Do you have a cable transmission because my girls cable snapped on hers and it was an easy fix. It could have just been part of that assembly that you saw fall off after it broke. On hers the pedal would push to the floor with no effort and you obviously couldn't shift into gear.

follow from your clutch pedal through the fire wall and if you have a cable from there all the way to your tranny then its a cable tranny.
