2nd to 3rd = 3-4 synchro set worn
3rd to 4th = 3-4 synchro set worn
4th to 5th = 5-R synchro set worn
Reverse grinds = 5-R synchro set worn
into 1st grinds = 1-2 synchro set worn

Reverse isn't synchronized.
Grinds going into 1 = 1st gear synchro is worn.
Grinds going into 2 = 2st gear synchro is worn.
Grinds going into 3 = 3st gear synchro is worn.
Grinds going into 4 = 4st gear synchro is worn.
Grinds going into 5 = 5st gear synchro is worn.
That's pretty simple, but...
1st & 2nd gear synchros are built together on a shared hub.
3rd & 4th are on a shared hub.
