Switch it out asap. Any kind of antifreeze is no good to use in a transmission.

Get some Honda manual transmission fluid and yoube fine.

The corrosion package in DexCool (carboxylic acids) doesn't play nicely with almost any other. Best to rinse it out completely.

Take off a radiator hose (or both), see whether you can see inside. Any crud or crusty build-up in there? If it's cruddy, use some kinda chemical flush. If not, you can probably just rinse the daylights out of it.

Take out the thermostat. Run a garden hose into the lower hose leading towards the engine, let it pour out thru the upper radiator hose. Have the heater control set to full-hot so it goes thru there, too. Then run water thru the radiator.

Then I'd fill/drain with distilled water a couple times. THEN put the new antifreeze in.
