TRANSMISSION FLUID POLL!!
OK there has been so many different opinions on tranny fluid and I wanna get this cleared up. This fluid will apply to ANY transmission. Whether you have a stock 95 hatchback, or an lsd equipped hybrid crx transmission. Your choice is also regardless of price. Choose one.... or die!
I ran the Redline stuff and my tranny blew up 1000 miles later... N/A and i never grinded a gear I dont know why just my tranny desided to spit out all the gears and stuff out the bottom when i was driving one day i know LS trannys are weak but it had 78,000 miles on it and shifted awasome until that stuff went in... I ran Royal Purples stuff before that.... now im just using regular 5w-30 thats good enough

ya I switched from OEM to redline fluid because I starded to grind the top of 3ed gear. right when I put it in it started to grind like 3xxx rpm's lower in the end the tranny went out.

dont run the mt-90 you gotta use the mtl i have autocrossed it for a while and never had a prob. with my civic or ae86
ran Redline MTL and mt-90 with my short ratio GSR tranny. When i first got the MTL 2nd to 3rd was mint then it would grind no matter what. So went to MT-90 and now it only grinds when i do a fast shift above 7500 in 2nd, i either slow the shift or give gas.
So my experience with redline is mixed, ive heard great things about GM synchromesh so ima give it a try. However ive heard that the Honda / Acura OEM stuff does the job for everyday drivin but looses out on the track. I say if your tranny is new stick with the OEM, if its gettin on in years and you go some synchro problems pop in the snchryomesh or something along those limes

or if you've got grinding like that, either fix it yourself let me fix it, then you can run Honda MTF like you know you should be doing. you know Honda is right . . . you know Honda is right . . . hehe
