Default Trans Help

I have a JDM H22 and manual lsd trans in my Accord. Recently, the trans has been "notchy" when shifting. This morning, the clutch would not disengage. I have checked hydro fluid level (which does not apear to be leaking) and the master/slave cylinders appear to be moving when clutch pedal is pressed. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
